Boxpaal

When requested by our clients, we prepare the delivery of food supplies (dry and frozen) and maintenance products in reinforced triple layer cardboard boxes (resistance close to that of wood) that are treated against humidity: This is Boxpaal.  Inaddition, we use three pallet skids that have four openings (allowing for handling with all types of pallet trucks) which of course are NIMP15 treated.


Boxpaal is available in two version: the V1 and the V2. The Boxpaal V1 measures 80x120xH85cm and the Boxpaal V2 measures 110x110xH90cm.

These two dimensions make it possible to adapt the packaging according to the order volumes. This also allows us to optimise the container (20" or 40"; dry or reefer) in order to fully exploit its volume.

Studies such as these have made it possible for several of our clients to save one third of their maritime freight costs over a year!


Labelling of Boxpaal

Boxpaal is labelled according to the client’s requests: anything is possible !

In general, labels state:

- The name of the vessel.
- The Boxpaal number.
- The remark "dry" or "frozen".
- The information "weight : _ kg"
- For fishing vessels, the  trip number.


The documents with Boxpaal

We've adaptated according to the demands of our client here as well.
In general, we provide an envelope containing the packing list, attached to one of the Boxpaal flaps.

All other documents (invoices, complete packing lists, shipping note, delivery note,...), are sent to the vessel/ site facility/platform in paper form. A copy is also sent by e-mail.
In addition, we provide the transit agent with copies of the document in order to "assist" our client.
